[Enslish] New photoshop HD template (updated wave 3)

Hope germany plays good ! First of all, a short presentation for the one who miss me, i'm oopinou from the French X-wing community, owner of the x-wing dedicated blog http://www.atelierdufaucon.com/. As i said, i'm french so, sorry for basic english mistakes.

I'm writing to you today to told you that i make a start of editing on the Template that GeckoTH created, for adding the wave 3 in.
